Making money doing surveys online can be fun, but some people are rather new to it, and have no idea on how it works, or what to expect. I’ve taken a handful of surveys, and wanted to show you what kind of questions you can expect when you take a survey. Every survey is going to vary, so these questions may change.
Demographics: Almost all of your surveys will ask for your sex, your age, your household income, and where you live. All of these stats matter when it comes to their research. They want to know the answers from all sorts of people out there.
Rating a product: Since every survey is different, you will see that many of them make you “rate” the question. For example, let’s say that you’re taking a survey on a particular beer. It may say do you see this beer as expensive? By this question, you will see a number based from 1-10. You will rate based on what you think.
Giving an answer: Some surveys are more advanced than others. While many want you answer based on numbers, there are some that will make you write out an answer. For example, they may say, “What do you like about this beer commercial?”. You will then provide your answer inside the box.
More than one answer: You’ll find that some questions will require more than one answer. For instance, you may see “What beers do you drink?”, and you can then click each, and every one of them, or whatever you do. This gives them a better idea on what you like, and dislike.
These are the main questions that you’re going to find on most surveys. Since all of them are going to vary, some will include these types, while others don’t. Hopefully, this will give you a better idea.
