PollingPoint Review: Should I Join?

Polling Point has been around for quite some now. They are a non-partisan polling organization that’s based in Palo Alto, California. Right off the bat, I knew I was dealing with a professional based company. I loved the layout, the ease of use when it came down to navigation, as well as the structure. Overall, the design was an A+.
The PollingPoint system is rather simple. You’re going to earn points for every time you take a survey. As I was looking around, I didn’t have many surveys that I could take advantage of. The ones that I did deal with, it just seemed like it would take me 28 years to earn enough points to cash out. In my opinion, it really wasn’t worth my time.
If you’re into political based issues, this is what 90% of the surveys basically cover. They will take you around 3-10 minutes to complete each one. The cool thing about this site is that when you complete a survey, you’re going to find that many major news outlets such as CNN and more are going to use your information.
The thing that I don’t like about the site is that the rewards are really lame. You get to choose from a few things such as a T-shirt, Tote bag, and more. Again, you can earn enough points for these by doing the surveys, but do you really want to do 150 surveys for $100? This is going to take forever!
Overall, you are going to receive many surveys and you can choose your options on your dashboard. You can get a poll each week, or if you wish, you can get one daily. You can reach goals, but again, it’s going to take a long time, which is a major complaint for many people online.
If you have the patience and you don’t mind doing the surveys day after day, then I would recommend it. Overall, I’m going to give PollingPoint a B-. They are a reputable, big organization that isn’t going to rip you off. They do send surveys, but its just going to take a few months to earn your prize!
