Opinion Central is a yet another survey/ research company, but what makes them stand out above the rest?
When you first head on over to their website, you’re going to notice that the site doesn’t look as professional in terms of graphics, and other things, but what you will soon find out is that yes, they are legit. They are accredited with the BBB, and are certified with TRUSTe, making them very trustworthy. What you will find with many other survey companies is that they don’t have these markings, making yourself weary of even dealing with them.
When looking around online, I’ve found that many people are kind of not impressed with the site. They pay off on a points based system like many of the other services, but what you will find out is that they don’t offer much in terms of points. In fact, you will find that in order to cash in your points, you’re going to need a lot of them. When I mean a lot, you’ll need 25,000 to get an iPod Shuffle, etc.
From what I’ve looked at, when doing a few samples, it would take me years to even get close to it. Honestly, it’s not even worth my time, compared to what I could get with other survey based companies.
Like any other survey company, some of the surveys seem like they take forever, and for some reason, the surveys on this website seem to drag out, where I feel like I just want to kick myself!
All in all, Opinion Central wasn’t worth my time, and it’s really hard to say it, because I’ve given so many high marks to other companies. It takes too long to earn the rewards, and the research surveys aren’t worth my time. Even though they are accredited, and they try, I will give them a C-. You’re more than welcomed to add them to your survey arsenal, but be aware that it may take you 8 years to get that iPod!
