My Review of Opinion Square
Posted by admin | Filed under Survey Reviews
Opinion Square is a name that I see pop up quite a bit in the survey industry. Whenever I hear a name both big and small, I always want to try them out to see what it is all about. In return, I try to give a honest review!
Remember, if you ever have something to say about a particular company, both good and bad, you can post it in the comments section below. There are always things that I miss that people may want to know about.
Okay, off to the review…
Upon getting to the site, the design is okay. It isn’t fantastic and it’s not an older looking design either. The sign up process was relatively easy as the join now link is right on the front page. They ask the usual questions just like the others survey sites such as name, address, and more. Never ever give out personal sensitive data such as your social security number or your driver’s license number.
Once you sign up, the thing that gets me is that you have to download a toolbar. I absolutely HATE downloading things. They can say that there is no spyware or anything else, but how can you believe them? In all honesty, I’d much rather sign up with a company that doesn’t force me to download something.
If you have a junky computer sitting by, I would recommend you download it to that. While I did download the software, I really haven’t had any troubles as of late. I’m keeping my fingers crossed though!
As for surveys, you’re going to get them, but maybe 5 a month. This is all going to depend on your profile, as well as your demographic. Some age groups may get more, while another may not get any at all. I would tend to put the surveys received in the “medium” range.
On the plus side, many love that they have the Paypal feature. This is a feature that many don’t have. On top of it, it’s relatively easy to receive points for your surveys, as an easy interface.
In the end, I would add this to the list of surveys to join. Besides the downloading part, I will give them a B-. If you didn’t have to download the software, they would get an A.
