Make Money Right Now Even If You Are Unemployed

Being unemployed can stink, and when the economy isn’t doing too hot, and you can’t find a job, it doesn’t mean you can’t find a side job that will work for you.  You can have to keep in mind that there are literally a million and one ways to make money out there, and if you’re not putting your heart into your search, you’re not going to make money!

The nice thing about making money on the side is that it can lead to a full time self-employed job.  I love the idea of being self-employed, and the reason is because you don’t have to work a basic 9-5, and answer to other people.   You can work at your own pace, set the rules, and work out of the house!

How to make money while you’re unemployed

Start with some temp work - Everyone out there has a skill, and I know you have one.  Think of what you do best, and how you can capitalize on it.  For example, if you’re good at writing, try writing for others.  If you’re good at doing graphics on the computer, freelance that.  Great sites to start your search are sites such as Elance and GetaFreeLancer.

Hit the easy to get jobs - Even in a down economy, there are easy to get jobs, but yes you’re not going to get paid much, but they will pay some bills.  For example, you may want to try fast food, some sort of retail, paper routes, and pizza delivery.  You don’t want to care what other people think, but rather what’s best for yourself.
